Why we use it

To process and ship your order, personalise letters, take payment, provide customer support, run site analytics, prevent fraud/abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Sharing

We don’t sell or rent personal data. We share only what’s needed with:
Stripe (payments), print & mail partners (production/postage), email/support tools, website hosting and analytics providers.

Children’s Privacy (COPPA)

Our website is directed to parents/guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 online. Parents/guardians provide a child’s first name and delivery address solely to fulfil the letters. If you believe a child has provided us information without consent, contact help@epicletterclub.com and we will delete it.
