This website is operated by Epic Letter Club Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

Products – We sell printed letter packs and digital downloads for personal use.

Prices & Taxes – Epic Letter Club Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. ).
We are not currently VAT-registered; prices shown are final and inclusive of no additional VAT.

Payment – Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept major debit/credit cards and supported digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay).

Shipping – Orders are scheduled into our weekly print run (see Shipping & Returns). Delivery times vary by destination.

Returns & Cancellations –
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email help@epicletterclub.com within 14 days of receipt.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days after delivery to cancel a non-customised product and receive a refund.

Governing Law – These terms and any disputes are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
